There will be an opening performance by our current Orange & Red group children, musical performances by past children as well as a final piece by The Children’s House teachers past & present! In addition, there will be other activities to enjoy after the show and many opportunities for parents and children (some now grown-up!) to reconnect with one another as well as their old teachers.

Food and drinks will be provided by two catering companies close to The Children’s House also representing the past and present, Joshua’s Catering run by one of our “old” fathers as well as Smartfood Catering – who currently provides lunch to our Children’s House children. Please give a donation of your choice at the entrance – we are sure you will enjoy their amazing creations!

We would love to see you there and celebrate this special event with you all and to share the many experiences that our past children and families have also had at The Children’s House that highlight the bright future that many of our Children’s House “graduates” are creating for themselves in making the world a more peaceful place.

The event will be taking place outdoors only and we will have a 3G rule in place, so please show your Covid certificate (recovered, vaccinated or tested – no older than 48h) upon entering.

We can’t wait to celebrate this special event with you all!

Just so you know, the child with the severe nut and sesame allergy is not here any more.

In order for them to be permitted to do this, they need a signed consent form from the parents. I have attached their information and consent sheet to this email, which – if you want your child to be allowed to participate – you would need to fill out and sign and hand in to the office as soon as possible (without it they will not be permitted to work with your child). We also have a copy of it in the office.

The test will then take place at the kindergarten on May 23rd and May 24th during the morning and will be done by a specially trained medical assistant and is a simple check of various aspects of a child’s vision, and should any problems be noticeable they will give you a note to take to a specialist medical professional.

As always there will be the opportunity for the children to take sibling and friendship photos, BUT only with prior written consent by the parents of all children who are on the photo (I need a reply to this email confirming which children – with all parents in copy of the email). The reason for this is that the photographer automatically replicates the group photos for ALL children on the photo, which means there is a charge of approximately €6 for each child for this particular photo.
So if you would like a friendship photo, please clear this with the other parents in advance and then reply to this email confirming which children and making sure that all parents are aware. Thank you.

The folder of photos, which is available a few weeks later, will always include an individual photo (in various sizes) as well as a small group photo (Blue/Yellow/Orange or Red) as well as a large group photo (all Lemon Tree children and teachers). This package will come to around 30€. The sibling/friendship photos are in addition and only possible if we have been informed in advance.
