Our mission at The Children’s House, Vienna
Our aim is to establish a Montessori environment that is prepared in such a way that it invites and encourages the children to become independent, caring and self-confident individuals with a sense of community.
Our commitment is to the Montessori method and to follow the principles first developed by Dr. Maria Montessori who founded this pedagogy based on her observations of children from different walks of life.
Our goal is to guide and nurture the children in our Children’s House to become not only respected, but also respectful members of society who are able to responsibly and confidently lead others to care for all people, animals and natural habitats of the world.
Our community is truly international, which gives the children the opportunity to learn first-hand that our cultural and physical similarities and differences are to be celebrated.
