Eye test for all children in our kindergarten
As in previous years regularly done, the City of Vienna Health Department (MA15) is returning with its offer of a free, voluntary eye test for all children in our kindergarten groups.
In order for them to be permitted to do this, they need a signed consent form from the parents. I have attached their information and consent sheet to this email, which – if you want your child to be allowed to participate – you would need to fill out and sign and hand in to the office as soon as possible (without it they will not be permitted to work with your child). We also have a copy of it in the office.
The test will then take place at the kindergarten on May 23rd and May 24th during the morning and will be done by a specially trained medical assistant and is a simple check of various aspects of a child’s vision, and should any problems be noticeable they will give you a note to take to a specialist medical professional.
